Use Cricut Infusible Ink to create these DIY Halloween T-shirts! Designs from the GLAM Halloween SVG File collection make these fun and unique.

You know when you head to the Craft store for one thing…then you get to the craft store and spot some infusible ink and you just HAVE to make something with it? That’s exactly what inspired these DIY Halloween T-shirts with Cricut Infusible Ink.
I literally went to the store for 3 pieces of $0.77 Cardstock. I won’t tell you what my bill was after stocking up on all things Halloween. BUT WORTH IT!!!
I ended up making a tee for each of my 3 kids. Riley got the Unicorn Skeleton, Max got the mustache skeleton, bowler hat, and mad scientist glasses (sounds like a lot, but man…it WORKS), and Beau got the skull with the hat and bow tie.

You can also use these designs to create Halloween Treat Bags with the Cricut tote bags. I love having tote bags around in general, so I would probably want to use these all year!

Infusible Ink DIY Halloween T-shirt INSTRUCTIONS
- Display the designs and arrange them how you’d like them to look on the shirt.
- Resize the designs to fit on the shirt. For example: I sized them to 10″ in total height on the Large kids tees and 9″ on the small tee.
- For the hat and other designs, you may need to use the slice tool. You’ll want to slice the pink band from the bowler part of the hat (the largest piece). Copy and paste the band, then slice the band from the lower part of the hat. In the end, you’ll want three separate pieces that match together like a puzzle.
- Change the colors of the designs if you need to, and when you’re ready, select MAKE IT.
- Click on the TOGGLE button to MIRROR your image, especially if you have text. Click continue
- Select Infusible Ink for your material, then cut out with your Cricut Machine.
- Now that you have everything cut out, weed the transfer sheet with your hands.
- Cut around all the designs, close enough that the transfer tape DOESN’T COVER any of the infusible ink sheet. This is incredibly important. Anything that doesn’t touch the fabric will not get transferred.
- Now is a good time to get out your EasyPress and heat it to 385 degrees and put your EasyPress mat in place.
- Now you need to prep your T-shirt Blank. Place it on the EasyPress Mat and remove the lint on the front with a lint roller.
- Place the Cardstock inside the t-shirt and make sure it is where you will have your design. This prevents the Infusible Ink from transferring to the other side of the shirt.
- If needed, roll the lint roller over the front of your t-shirt again, then heat your shirt with the EasyPress for 15 seconds at 385 degrees.
- Situate your Glam Halloween Design on the t-shirt, face down, the place the butcher paper on top of it. REMEMBER: Don’t let the backing overlap any of the design or it will not transfer.
- Hold the EasyPress in place over the design for 40 seconds. Make sure you don’t move the EasyPress around. Your design could move as well and you’ll end up with a smudged looking design.
- Take the EasyPress off the shirt, then remove the transfer sheet.
- If you want to layer colors (like the unicorn skeleton shirt), make sure you cut around the transfer sheet AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE, then repeat steps 13 to 15. If you have any transfer sheet on the previous design, it will take some of the color away. Trust me 😉
- That’s it! You have a professional looking DIY Halloween T-shirt!!
