This FREE Printable Meal Planner with a Grocery List and Health Tracker will help you stay healthy and on a budget!
I used to drink soda every day. Once I got pregnant with this baby the ONLY thing I want to drink is water…and that’s perfect because it’s the best thing for me and baby number 3. I feel better, I’m more energetic and my skin looks awesome now (I used to break out…which at 30 years old is NOT COOL)! It is SOOO important for expectant moms to stay hydrated and eating healthy is key to a healthy pregnancy. That’s why I created this FREE Printable Weekly Meal Planner. Not only does it have a meal plan, but you can also keep track of your daily servings of fruit, veggies, protein, milk, and water!

I was lucky I was educated in my first pregnancy about staying hydrated (and water really is the best for you when pregnant!) Being hydrated helps with circulation, digestion and even prevents preterm labor in some cases.
If you’re heading out for the day, make sure you take some water with you. I usually keep bottled water in the fridge and then when I leave the house, I take one and replace it with another. I take water EVERYWHERE now in my Yeti. Grocery shopping, doctor appointments, or for walks.
Downloading this free printable is a great way to keep track of the foods you intake and it also helps plan out for the week. When I go to the store without a plan, I usually buy a bunch of junk. This will keep you focused!
To make sure you’re staying hydrated:
- Start the day with a glass of water
- Take water with you EVERYWHERE
- The second you get thirsty, drink a glass…that means you’re already dehydrated
- Drink more when you workout
- Keep a supply of bottled water at home…you never know when you’ll need it!
- When in doubt, write down your water intake!
