This FREE Printable Meal Planner with a Grocery List and Health Tracker will help you stay healthy and on a budget!
I used to drink soda every day. Once I got pregnant with this baby the ONLY thing I want to drink is water…and that’s perfect because it’s the best thing for me and baby number 3. I feel better, I’m more energetic and my skin looks awesome now (I used to break out…which at 30 years old is NOT COOL)! It is SOOO important for expectant moms to stay hydrated and eating healthy is key to a healthy pregnancy. That’s why I created this FREE Printable Weekly Meal Planner. Not only does it have a meal plan, but you can also keep track of your daily servings of fruit, veggies, protein, milk, and water!

I was lucky I was educated in my first pregnancy about staying hydrated (and water really is the best for you when pregnant!) Being hydrated helps with circulation, digestion and even prevents preterm labor in some cases.
If you’re heading out for the day, make sure you take some water with you. I usually keep bottled water in the fridge and then when I leave the house, I take one and replace it with another. I take water EVERYWHERE now in my Yeti. Grocery shopping, doctor appointments, or for walks.
Downloading this free printable is a great way to keep track of the foods you intake and it also helps plan out for the week. When I go to the store without a plan, I usually buy a bunch of junk. This will keep you focused!
To make sure you’re staying hydrated:
- Start the day with a glass of water
- Take water with you EVERYWHERE
- The second you get thirsty, drink a glass…that means you’re already dehydrated
- Drink more when you workout
- Keep a supply of bottled water at home…you never know when you’ll need it!
- When in doubt, write down your water intake!

OMGosh this is the PERFECT meal planner printable ! I have been searching for a meal plan printable that included the B,L,D and the grocery list. However, I do monthly meal planning to save myself money. I just eat the same thing for mon-fri for week1 then plan something different for week 2, so and a so forth but this will really help me out 🙂
Thank you

This looks awesome! How would you feel about creating a full page of just the daily serving trackers? Then they could be cut out and pasted into a weekly planner. Thanks so much!

This printable is just what I was looking for. We homeschool and our 2nd grader is going to be planning a week’s worth of healthy meals for our family based as part of the nutrition unit we are doing. I love that this includes the “daily servings” checklist (which I’ll modify slightly to a child’s serving requirements) to keep him on track!

This is the best planner I have seen, yet! I only wish there were places for snacks between meals. I am using this to help me plan for my family while we homeschool. I especially love the tracking veggies/fruits, etc…!
