I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again…when it comes to throwing a party – it is damn near impossible to go all out with everything. I mean…you can…but you may look like a less cute bride of Frankenstein when you’re finished. Decor is important to me…so I created these four EASY Halloween Party Treat Ideas so I could spend more time creating cute Halloween Party decor.
Don’t get me wrong…Halloween treats should taste good, too. That’s why I picked really simple desserts that I knew how to make and I knew were crowd pleasers.

1. Halloween Italian Soda Bar
I love doing Italian Soda for parties because 1) people can create so many different drink options 2) They look pretty with the Torani Syrup bottles (just add labels) and 3) They’re delicious!
Italian soda is simply Flavored syrup, half and half
, ice and sparkling water
.
Tip: Red syrup is great for Halloween parties! Especially if you have a lot of Vampire decorations.
Spooky Soda Shop Cupcakes
Getting creative with food is intimidating…so I took to Pinterest. I ended up combining the elements from these soda shop cupcakes and these Marshmallow monster cupcakes.
To make these Halloween cupcakes, you’ll need:
- Cake Mix
+ ingredients listed on the box
- Icing
- Candy Eyeballs
- Mini Marshmallows
- Red Fondant
- Paper Straws
- Cupcake Liners
- Cupcake Wrappers made with the Cricut
You’ll simply make the cupcakes according to instructions, let them cool, and top with a little bit of icing. Pile on the Mini Marshmallows and Candy Eyeballs, top with a fondant cherry.
3. Eyeball Donut Holes
Get some ready made powdered sugar donut holes and use some of the icing from the cupcakes to adhere eyeballs to the top of them. I really like the way the red eyeballs look on these.
4. Eyeball Oreos
I found some Rocky Road Oreos at Target and not only are they cute with the added eyeballs…they’re SOOOOO yummy! I will eat any Oreo…eyeball or not.
Make these the same way you made the donuts. Just add a dab of frosting to the top and place the eyeball on there. There’s an added bonus for the ones I made. Place them in some Vampire Teeth and they get to take those home as a party favor!
