Isn’t working out just worst? I mean, it’s great for you…but I think it’s boring and it’s hard. People that enjoy working…I don’t understand you. I admire you, but I don’t understand you. Obviously, I have to work out whether I want to or not, so creating a pretty Printable Workout Schedule is the one enjoyment I get out of this deal. The difference between this one and editable version is that you can actually type out your schedule and save it on the computer. No need to print it out, but when you do…it’s neat and tidy because you don’t have to write it out or erase anything.
Even if you’re a weirdo (kidding!) and you like working out…these will still make it more fun! Seeing something written down on paper is actually really motivating me. If I have days missing, it bugs me. It’s such a great way to prove something to myself.
I’m of the belief that weight doesn’t necessarily track how healthy you are…neither does waist or hip size. However, this printable does include that so you can track how far you’ve come. I like this better than taking pictures of myself in my underwear. For some reason, having that on the cloud kind of freaks me out! lol
