My son has been a minion fan since I can remember. In fact, his first birthday (and my first party ever) was minion themed! When you go to that link, just remember that was my first party…no judging, mmkay? I made giant minion cupcakes that were awesome, but I wish I had thought of this idea because it is SOOOOO much easier and healthier than a cupcake! Luckily, Illumination Entertainment keeps coming up with fantastic movies so I could make these for Minions!
The key to making these two-toned is pretty simple…make them thick and make sure the bottom is a little thicker than the top. Before you pour all of these out, you may want to make a test smoothie. You can try different fruits and different flavors, just as long as you keep the proportions right. 1 cup juice, 1 cup fruit, 1/2 cup of yogurt. Works every time!
Before you pour the smoothies into your cups, print these free minion goggle printables on white card stock, then cut them out (use a 2″ hole punch for the eye to make your life easier!) Wrap the black piece around the cups, then tape them in the back. Next, use double sided permanent tape to attach the eye. My kids absolutely LOVED these printables…and I kind of concur!

I love the look of those smoothies – they’re so fun. I may be making these instead of popcorn for our next Minions movie night! My kids would be over the moon! #client
