I have pretty much tried everything to get my kids to eat healthy…bribing included (i.e. I’ll give you a cookie if you try your carrots!) I’m also willing to sneak good things into treats they love. For example, this SILK Coconut Almond Chocolate Shake looks delicious, right? Did you know it has the added benefits of Almond Milk? My kids went CRAZY for this shake and it’s a great way to get these picky eaters their protein! It takes minutes to make and only has 3 ingredients!

SILK Coconut Almond Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
- 6-8 cubes frozen SILK Almond Coconut Milk
- 3/4 c chocolate pudding prepared with almond milk
- 2 tsp chocolate syrup
- shredded coconut optional
- chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Add all items to your blender.
- Blend until combined (I use the "ice crush" setting on my Blendtec).
- Top with coconut and chocolate chips (optional).
I live right by Safeway…like I could walk there if I didn’t have to drag two kids and a ton of groceries. I do all my grocery shopping there and they have every kind of SILK Almond Milk so you can try them all!

Oh My!! The picture alone says it all. This sounds so yummy!! (But I have to admit I have a weakness for coconut and chocolate.)

Thanks, Jacqui! Chocolate and coconut is one of my favorite combos 🙂
