Get your fandom together so you can have the Best Star Wars Party!
You learned yesterday that I’m not the biggest Star Wars fan (GASP!) but I am a fan of throwing parties and designing printables…and doing it with bloggers I love and admire! This Star Wars: The Force Awakens party was a joint effort with some very talented ladies and I’m in love with the way it turned out! It helps if you live in the desert like us…the location was perfect! If you don’t…no worries, I’ve got some other great tips for you to have an amazing party!
Star Wars Themed Treats
First things first…you need great food. The Baked Equation made some amazing Star Wars character cookies and See Vanessa Craft made some yummy popcorn (with cute names!) The kids also enjoyed some themed candy! Because Light Saber licorice is the best kind of licorice.
Galactic Decor
You’ll also need some galactic decorations. I created all the printables that you can see and download HERE. I loved the star garland and the Chewbacca-like tablecloth was such a great touch!
Want to replicate our decor? Get your own R2D2 Cup and while I couldn’t find the BB8 cups on Amazon, you can get these mugs
or these tumblers
. They were so cute and I’ve had a lot of people ask me about them!

Stellar Star Wars Party Favors
The Light Sabers that Kim from A Night Owl made are pure genius. You have to check out how she made them. You can also let the kids go home with some cute Star Wars cups and the masks from my printable set!
Watch the Movie in Style
The kids loved their Jedi costumes from Mom Endeavors (they’re incredibly easy to make)! My daughter is still wearing hers around the house. If you really want to go all out, make these spaceships like Allison from All for the Boys and watch the movie with a projector and a sheet!

Where did you get the cute r2d2 and bb8 cups?
Erin says
I couldn’t find the BB8 cups, but the R2D2 you can get something similar at Amazon: https://amzn.to/20Vt0r5 My friend, Sara from Mom Endeavors had the BB8 cups 🙂

The BB-8 cups look just like the ones sold at Disneyland.
