This post was made possible by iConnect: Influencer Management and Buddig. I was compensated for my time, but all opinions are 100% mine.
I mentioned on Monday that I went to Turks and Caicos and I loved the sushi place there. I am a HUGE fan of sushi, but I know it’s not for everyone. But it’s really fun to eat and it would be a shame if seafood haters didn’t experience the joys of eating sushi rolls, which is why I came up with these Ham, Bacon and Potato “Sushi” Rolls. These are a fun take on some classic comfort foods and are perfect for entertaining!
Another plus is that they look super complicated, but they’re really easy to make. I made 3 rolls in less than an hour and that’s including the time it took to shoot the video. You can dip them in gravy, ketchup, your favorite dips or use my honey barbecue dip…DELISH!
