I kind of owe my Bachelor’s Degree to hot tamales. I would buy some before I headed to the library to study for EVERY test. I’m not even joking. I would grab a box, head down to the basement in Harold B. Lee Library at BYU and cram. I especially owe my A in anatomy to those babies! It was and still is my favorite candy. My husband even hid my wedding ring in a bag of hot tamales when he proposed. I’m obsessed with them.
Well, I found another thing to obsess over…because this hot tamale fudge recipe is freaking FANTASTIC! I made it three years ago for a blog that is not longer running (boo!), and I didn’t save the recipe (BOO!), so I decided to recreate it. It turned out way better than that first recipe, guys…so I’m actually glad that happened.
