This Tiger’s Blood Slushie is SO Delicious and refreshing. It’s great for kids or adults on those hot summer days!
Like I said earlier this week…it’s HOT! I’m pretty much hibernating and unless I want to spend $400 a month cooling my house, it’s not that cool at home either. Soooo….what better way to cool off than with a Homemade Tiger’s Blood Slushie?
Don’t slushies just remind you of your childhood? I love them…I have a major sweet tooth and this hit the spot. Plus, it’s WAAAY better than store bought slushies AND I don’t have to go outside. I call that winning.
To make this, you’ll need an Ice Cream Maker. I got mine at Amazon for $59 and I am in love with it. I can’t wait to show you everything I’m making with this. Like I said…it’s hot and I’m breastfeeding, so I’m also starving. I also use my Blendtec Blender
to mix everything together. It makes it really smooth so there aren’t any seeds.
Tiger's Blood Slushie

- 1 tsp. strawberry extract

- When ingredients are completely smooth, pour into your ice cream maker.
- Stir in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.
- Serve!

I like to use Torani Coconut Syrup for my drinks. I used it in my Dirty Coke Floats, too…it’s just fabulous. I would have used the Strawberry Syrup
, too, but I didn’t have any on hand and I had a craving. If you use Strawberry syrup, just use the same amount as the coconut syrup. You can also use other flavors with the same ratios and get some killer Slushie combinations! I can’t wait to try more!
Disappointingly, this week will be in the high 100’s again. I just keep thinking of those Arizona winters…when I can still eat a slushie and not freeze to death 😉
