Give Dad or Grandpa a good laugh with a FREE Father’s Day Questionnaire Printable! The kids will love filling it out and dad will love reading it.
I shared this printable on 30 Handmade Days last year and I forgot about it until I saw it on Pinterest! I love this clean and modern design, so I felt it was still in style for this year. You can download this Free Father’s Day Questionnaire Printable for Fathers and Grandfathers (since I have a printable for both).
My kids love to draw, so I made sure they had a place to draw a picture of dad in the circle. It adds a little something extra to the Father’s Day Questionnaire Printable, and the pictures are sometimes more hilarious than the answers to the questions! This would go GREAT with the Printable Grandkids book that’s available in my shop, and make sure you follow the tutorial for binding and editing the book.
I love doing these with the kids because it’s something fathers will actually enjoy and keep forever. We still have all the questionnaires my kids fill out. I’m pretty well known for sneaking some artwork in the trash (SOOOOOO much artwork in this house. Poor trees!) But these? They’re too dang adorable and I can’t bring myself to throw them away. It’s so fun to read through these every now and then so I can see how much the kids have grown.
One of my favorites was when my daughter thought I was 12 and weighed 10 pounds. She knows my age now, but I’m keeping my weight a secret 🙊 Kids tend to be brutally honest – I’m still getting over when my son told me I had a BIG BIG BIG butt. Sir Mix-a-lot would be very impressed, apparently.
I think you’re going to love creating these with your kids, and I can’t wait to get started with these for Father’s Day this year! Shopping for dads can be difficult and expensive, so you know you’ll have one thing they will love (plus, it’s FREE)! If you need more free Father’s Day ideas, check out the Super Dad coloring book. So adorable, and it’s hilarious, too.
