These free printable birthday invitations and lumberjack party printables are the perfect theme for a “manly” birthday party!
I created these lumberjack party printables for my son’s 1st birthday on Thursday. I didn’t quite get enough Christmas printables in, apparently. I have loved all the plaid Christmas posts, and I was sad that I didn’t fit them in. Well, having your son’s birthday on New Year’s Eve does have some perks, after all!
Last year around this time, I was beyond miserable. I still wasn’t due for two weeks, but I was dilated to a 5, so I was positive he was just going to fall out. He didn’t. I still had to go through 14 or so hours of labor, and he came just in time to give us a nice little tax break. Very convenient of him. You can read about that whole story and see some amazingly cute newborn pictures HERE.
I should also mention that the day before I had him, I thought it was a good idea to paint my daughter’s princess room. My son’s room was finished, and I was still nesting, so yeah….
He’s seriously been a joy ever since. He has been sleeping through the night for a few months now, eats almost everything I give him, and he’s very loving when he chooses to be. He’s also a holy terror that is into EVERYTHING! He loves my robot vacuum and toilets. Bathroom doors must stay closed AT ALL TIMES.
I feel like the lumberjack theme fits his personality.
We’ll be celebrating his birthday along with my nephews birthday, and we’re going to have two of the cutest little lumberjacks you ever did see. I started planning for this party oh, two days before Christmas! Stay tuned to see how it turns out!
This set has all sorts of fun things, like an invite, photo props, 2″ round cupcake toppers, 3D Tree toppers and decorations and 3″ round toppers.

I love the free printables!! I’m going to use them for my son’s first birthday party this weekend!! How do I use the trees to make them 3D??
I’m loving all the lumberjack themed plaid stuff right now 🙂
Erin says
Print out four pages, fold them in half, then glue all four together. You can kind of see how I do it here: https://strawberrymommycakes.com/2015/08/02/3d-circle-garland-tutorial/

Sorry I’m not great with computers. Do I need Adobe to edit the PDF file to put my son’s name in?
Erin says
Hi Bailey- You’ll just print it out and write it in with a pen or marker 🙂 Thanks!!
Kim says
Love these! Although, I can’t figure out how to edit the name :/

I’m planning my son’s first birthday next month and when I came across lumberjack I knew that it was the theme for me (I mean him lol ?) Could you please edit the free printables? I would love to use them but they still have your sons name. Thanks so much! Love your blog??
Erin says
It’s all fixed now 🙂 Thanks for letting me know!
Lisa says
Super cute, thanks for sharing! Maybe I’m missing something, but the PDF files say “Beau” and “Dexter”‘s names on the invites and confetti. There’s no blank space to write my LO’s name. Is there a way to edit this? Thanks again!
Erin says
Fixed it now! Sorry about that!!
Jennifer says
Thanks so much for the fix, can’t wait to use them??????
Amber says
I would love to use these invitations for my son’s party, but the pdf file still contains the name Beau. Could you send the blank template to me?
Erin says
Fixed now!!! Thanks!!!
Amelia says
HI! When I download it still says Beau? As much as I <3 that name…my baby's name is Graham and I'm just not sure our family would know who is celebrating!! 🙂 Am I doing something wrong? Probably.
Erin says
Ha! It was totally my fault. All fixed now!
Amelia says
Thank you so much!!! 🙂
Jennifer says
The invitation still says beau can you fix that one too? Thank you
Erin says
I’m on a roll, right? The new link has been added!! Thanks 🙂

How can I use the Silhouette files? When I download them and unzip them- they show up as internet files- and all of the images aren’t there? Any help would be appreciated!
Erin says
Hi Kristin- They’re SVG files, so they have the internet file symbol. They should work as soon as you open Silhouette Studio (it needs to be an updated version). Let me know if you have any issues!
Kristin says
Do I use the Trace button to get the images to cut?
Erin says
You’ll go to the cut setting in the program, click on the image, then select cut.

Hi there 🙂 I’m trying to use your silhouette files…i downloaded them but it doesn’t give me an option to unzip them on my mac… and they won’t import into my silhouette library. Can you please give me some suggestions on what to do? Thanks so much!!!
Erin says
It should already unzip on a mac. You don’t need to import the images, you’ll just open up the individual SVG file. Hope this helps!
Larisa says
seriously, thank you for this! You are a life saver!!!
Monica says
Hi Erin, love these! Any suggestions on ‘grown-up’ uses of these printables for a bachelorette party? We’re going axe throwing and these are perfect. I have some ideas but well, you’re talented and will no doubt have better ones!
Dianna says
Where did you get the popcorn boxes?
Erin says
I got them at Target last year at Halloween, so hopefully you can get them soon 🙂
Sherry says
