Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese; 1 c. whipped topping; 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk; 1 tsp. vanilla; 6 Mini graham cracker pie crust; 6-8 strawberries

These Strawberry No-Bake Cheesecakes are an amazingly delicious treat. The best part? They only take 5 MINUTES to make!

The other day, my husband and I were talking about the name of my blog. You know it’s called Strawberry Mommycakes and I don’t really have a good answer for why I called it that. I designed a logo and went from there. My husband was like, “you don’t have any strawberry recipes and you don’t make cakes.” I make some cake, but it’s usually out of a box (still delicious, though!) Well, I’m proving him wrong today because I’m sharing my recipe for Strawberry No-Bake CHEESECAKES. Cheesecake still counts, right?

These should count because they’re amazing. And with only taking up 5-minutes of my time…they’re pretty much my favorite dessert EVER!

5-Minute Strawberry No-Bake Cheesecakes

Prep Time5

Servings: 6

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. whipped topping
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Mini graham cracker pie crust
6-8 strawberries

Instructions

Combine cream cheese, whipped topping, condensed milk and vanilla.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Split mixture between 6 pie crusts
Top with sliced strawberries.

These would be the perfect Spring dessert with the strawberries shaped like flowers. I also added some blueberries to the middle just for fun! My kids LOVED this cheesecake and I like that they’re mini so I don’t over indulge…unless I eat 2 or 10. If you want to make them EXTRA tasty…try out Wilton’s Treatology Flavor System. I used a couple drops of the Vanilla Custard instead of regular vanilla…AMAZING!
