Combine all meat ingredients in a bowl. Once combined, roll meat into 1 1/2 in. round balls.
Heat a large pan to medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches. Brown on each side, turning often.
Once meat is browned on the outside, cover pan with a lid and turn the heat down to medium low. Cook for about 4 more minutes until done.
Repeat with the rest of the meatballs. Set aside.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour sauce in the same pan you made the meatballs in. Keep at medium heat.
Bring sauce to boil and turn down heat.
Once sauce in thickened, add meatballs to the pan and coat with the sauce.
You can serve immediately or refrigerate them for later.
