Mini Smoked Sausage Burgers

  • Hillshire FarmĀ® smoked sausage sliced
  • 8 Hot Dog Buns
  • 3 Pickles sliced

For the Sauce

  • 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • pepper to taste


  • Split hot dog buns in half, then cut out with a 1 1/2 inch round cookie cutter.
  • Slice smoked sausage (about 1/2" thick) and pickles.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat, then fry smoked sausage until browned (about 2 to 3 minutes).
  • While those are cooking, mix sauce ingredients together.
  • Stack sausage and pickle on the buns and serve with sauce.
