Mini Smoked Sausage Burgers

- Hillshire FarmĀ® smoked sausage sliced
- 8 Hot Dog Buns
- 3 Pickles sliced
For the Sauce
- 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. mustard
- pepper to taste
Split hot dog buns in half, then cut out with a 1 1/2 inch round cookie cutter.
Slice smoked sausage (about 1/2" thick) and pickles.
Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat, then fry smoked sausage until browned (about 2 to 3 minutes).
While those are cooking, mix sauce ingredients together.
Stack sausage and pickle on the buns and serve with sauce.
