Tropical Fruit No Bake Granola Bar

  • 1 c. crispy rice cereal
  • 2 c. Red Mill Quick Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1/4 c. dried pineapple
  • 1/4 c. dried mango
  • 1/4 c. macadamia nuts chopped


  • Combine oats and crispy rice cereal in a bowl.
  • In a small pan, melt butter on medium heat, then add sugar and honey.
  • Cook until it bubbles, then turn heat down to low and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Stir in coconut flavoring, then pour over the oat and cereal mixture.
  • Once combined, transfer to a pan and press down until bars are about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Let set for a couple of hours, then cut up and serve!
