Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Ice Cream Cake

  • 1 9 X9" Chocolate Cake no icing
  • 1 Package Curious Creamery German Chocolate Ice Cream Cake Mix
  • 1 1/8 c COLD Milk
  • 2 1/4 c. COLD Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Pretzels chopped up
  • Caramel Syrup
  • Chocolate Candy Coated Candies


  • Take the cake out of the pan and crumble it with your hands until it is firm.
  • Press the cake in the bottom of a spring form pan until it's about 1/2" thick.
  • Add Caramel and Pretzels to the pan.
  • In a mixer with a whisk attachment, add milk and heavy cream, then add Curious Creamery mix.
  • Whisk on high for 4-5 minutes (until mixture is thick and creamy).
  • Pour into the spring form pan and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, add additional pretzels, caramel and candies to the top of the cake, then serve.
