Coconut, Caramel, and Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tps baking soda
  • 4 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c butter softened
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 3/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c 12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c premium caramel bits
  • 1 c shredded sweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Whip together butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt. Gradually add to butter and sugar mixture.
  • After mixture is combined, fold in chocolate chips, chopped pecans, caramel bits and shredded coconut.
  • Spoon out cookies onto a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes (mine took 8 minutes).
  • Let cool on a drying rack.
