Bacon Cranberry Chicken Wraps

  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Around 20 slices of bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Combine cream cheese, dried cranberries, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  • Cut chicken breast tenders in half so they are really thin. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  • Scoop out a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture and set it in toward the end of the chicken
  • Roll up chicken and wrap bacon around the bites. Use a toothpick to keep it in place.
  • Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
