Combine oats and crispy rice cereal in a bowl.
In a small pan, melt butter on medium heat, then add sugar and honey.
Cook until it bubbles, then turn heat down to low and cook for 2 more minutes.
Stir in coconut flavoring, then pour over the oat and cereal mixture.
Once combined, transfer to a pan and press down until bars are about 1/2 inch thick.
Let set for a couple of hours, then cut up and serve!
