Heat a 1 tsp. of the coconut oil to medium heat.
Season pork with salt and pepper, add to pan and fry until center is no longer pink (about 10 minutes). Chopped up and set aside.
In the same pan, fry ham steaks until just seared, then set aside.
Stir together sauce ingredients.
Add one Tbs. of the coconut oil and 1/4 of the sauce to the pan, then add green beans to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables.
Cook vegetables until just tender, then add the cooked rice and remaining coconut oil to the pan.
Add the remaining sauce, season with fresh pepper then cook until combined.
Add in scrambled eggs and pineapple and heat for about 1 minute, then serve.
