Pumpkin Caramel Pecan Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1/4 c chopped pecans
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 c Libby's Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tbs. caramel syrup
  • Dreyer's Pumpkin Patch Slow Churned Ice Cream

Instructions

  • Mix melted butter, pecans and salt in a small bowl.
  • Add it to the pumpkin puree, then add caramel syrup.
  • Layer pumpkin ice cream, puree mixture and caramel until your bowl is full!
