I just created this bowl of deliciousness and had to write the post immediately. Unfortunately, my pictures turned out HORRIBLE because of the sucky lighting in my house (read, I hate our landlord), so I had to wait until the morning to do the pictures and today to post this…otherwise you could have enjoyed this gem over the weekend (oh, the life of a food blogger!).
Pretty much, red sauce=good, white sauce=good…together=I don’t think I can ever eat them alone again. I love the texture of the creamy pasta with the fresh taste of the basil and tomato. The best thing about this recipe? It’s made with Italian chicken sausage…so it’s a much healthier option than most red sauces.
