I haven’t felt like myself since January. I was sick from January to May on and off again and I’ve been pregnant since May, so yeah…it’s been a rough year physically. I am NOT going to let that happen again in 2015 and with a new baby coming in January, I will have to be really diligent. I created this Stay Healthy Printable Medicine Tracker to keep my medications organized. No more searching through containers for the medicine I need! I just fill out the form and refill when I am getting low.
This printable is very simple, so it should be easy to update. Just fill it out when you purchase new medication, put the use so people in your house know what each medication is for and fill out the amount you have. I just taped mine to a cute storage container with washi tape. Because we all know washi tape makes everything better.
Download the FREE Medicine Tracker HERE, then leave a comment letting me know how you like it!
I made sure to fill mine with Emergen-C to keep from getting sick and Chapstick because it’s winter and my skin is so dry! Since I’m pregnant, there are a lot of medications that I can’t take, but my husband can still use items like Advil and Thermacare for aches and pains (I can’t tell you how much I miss things like that during pregnancy!) You can buy these items at Walgreens now for a discounted price using their in store coupons! You can find the coupon booklet at the front of your local Walgreens. In mine, they labeled each item that you could find in the coupon book, so it made my shopping way easier!
I’m definitely feeling more organized and prepared this year! What do you plan on doing to keep your family healthy in the winter months?

I love your printable! Great idea. I agree that staying organized and well stocked are how I keep prepared. With small children we get sick a lot. #client
