These delightful sugar cookies were the perfect Easter treat for our Easter Dinner.
1) The ruffle technique was created by using tip 104 beginning with the outside layer.
2) By using tip 1M you can create this large rosette. Start in the middle and circulate outward.
3) To make these smaller rosettes use tip 18.
4) To achieve this flower technique use tip 2D. For the middle of the flower use tip 3.
Simple and elegant.
