My daughter has been going to school for a month now and we’ve had a few bumps along the way, but we’re finally getting into the hang of things. I made her meals for a week, but then found out she was eating the cafeteria food (which I admit is a little offensive). I still have to get her a snack ready every morning and it’s hard to find a fast snack that’s healthy that my picky daughter will eat. We got our first NatureBox this month and we LOVE all the healthy and tasty snacks!
I ordered 5 different items for my box and it was so hard to choose a favorite! Each bag had unique and tasty flavors. My kids love the potato fries and figgy bars. My favorite was the cranberry macaroon granola and pistachio power clusters. Everything has just the right amount of sweetness and I don’t feel weighed down like I do when I eat unhealthy snacks. You can find dozens of snack options on the Nature Box website.
I think it’s important for my kids to be physically well and emotionally well…so I attached a little monster note to her snack this morning. These hand drawn monsters aren’t too scary and pretty silly. My daughter is 5, so she’s allowed to be silly all she wants (plus, she’ll know that I think she’s special!)

To make these, you’ll just need some craft paper and scissors. Craft paper is a new obsession of mine…it’s cute with everything! I purchased mine a Hobby Lobby. You can punch a hole in the corner of these notes and attach them to a bag with some baker’s twine for a little color. Also, feel free to print these on light colored paper (the ink may not appear on darker colors).
When you join, you’ll receive five different snacks each month. You can choose your snack or be surprised! NatureBox uses wholesome ingredients with no artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors. It’s perfect for growing kids!

The notes are adorable! I think will try attaching them to my daughter’s snack and see if she notices (how could she not!) and see what she says. Wonderful idea and the snacks look delicious too! 🙂
